Advanced Athlete Development

Ages 14 - 18

9 Weeks of Training $720

Designed for the High School or Collegiate athlete looking to maximize their athletic potential!

With 4 days/week of accelerated training, you will get the most bang for your buck in the Advanced Athlete Development Program.

Athletes must qualify to participate, must have a consistent training background of 1 or more years.

With 3 days/week of focused training, you will be able to develop the base level of strength, speed, and power to amplify your performance.

No training experience necessary, just a willingness to work hard!

Athlete Development

Ages 12 - 18
